How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are manually reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days. Shipping to your office location arrives within 2 days following order approval. Additional order approvals may be required depending on order security criteria.

We are always working to extend our reach, however at this time, VisitorBay only ships products to clients in Canada.

Where do products ship from?

VisitorBay products usually ship from Edmonton, AB or Toronto, ON but this can vary based on client location and inventory availability.

What shipping provider does VisitorBay use?

Most shipments are sent by UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post however alternate shipping providers may be chosen based on availability and other circumstances.

What is your return policy?

Returns will be accepted on all unused, unopened products within 14 days from the original order date. Opened items are not accepted for return.

Once your hardware arrives, visit our Help Center in your VisitorBay portal for step by step instructions on how to setup your VisitorBay hardware for use.
